17. How We Process Your Data & AI Disclosure

To provide our advanced analysis and automation services, we utilize a robust stack of world-class infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence providers. We prioritize your data privacy and security by adhering to the following principles:

17.1 Our Technology Stack (Sub-processors)

We integrate with several third-party services to execute workflows, store data, and perform AI analysis. These include:

  • AI Models: OpenAI (API), Anthropic, Google Cloud (Gemini), and Microsoft Azure AI.
  • Automation & Integration: Make.com and n8n.
  • Data Storage & Infrastructure: Supabase (PostgreSQL) and SmartSuite.

17.2 Zero AI Training Policy

We access all AI models via professional API interfaces. Unlike consumer-facing chat interfaces, data submitted through our API integrations:

  • Is NOT used to train the foundational models of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Microsoft.
  • Remains your property and is processed solely to generate the specific output you requested.
  • Is handled with technical configurations that minimize data retention (Zero Data Retention where supported).

17.3 Data Integrity & Security

  • Purpose Limitation: We only collect and process data necessary for providing our services (e.g., company research, workflow automation).
  • Automation Safety: Data flows managed via Make.com or n8n are encrypted in transit and are used strictly to connect your selected tools.
  • User Responsibility: Users are advised not to input sensitive personal information (such as government IDs or private health data) into the application.

17.4 International Data Transfers

While we strive to use European-based hosting (e.g., Supabase EU regions) whenever possible, some processing may occur in the United States. To ensure your data remains protected, we:

  • Have Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) in place with all providers.
  • Rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to guarantee a level of protection equivalent to EU standards (GDPR).

16. Contact Information and Complaints

If you have any questions about this privacy policy, or wish to exercise your data protection rights, please contact us:
